Making a claim on your policy

In the unfortunate event that your Pet becomes ill or gets injured, you can make a claim by using our online link or you can contact us on 01285 626032 or admin@trent-services.co.uk [Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm excluding bank holidays] to request a claim form to be emailed or posted.


However you choose to submit your claim form, the following applies;



  • You will need have your policy number, pet name and your details ready.
  • You will need to know whether your Veterinary Practice or Specialist has agreed for the claim payment to be made directly to them as bank details will need to be supplied.
  • You will need to know the details of the Practice that treated your pet, including their email address.
  • Your Vet or Specialist will need to complete a section on the claim form.
  • Your Pet's full clinical history and invoice detailing the cost for each individual treatment will need to be provided.

Please note, if you need to claim following an incident with a Third Party or you would like to claim for repeat medication, please do contact us to request a claim form by either calling or emailing us.
